This Friday evening, May 4, from 7-11pm the Arizona Comic Mini Expo and Gotham City Comics and Coffee will be hosting a comic art showing at the Gotham City store in downtown Mesa. Ryan Cody, Derrick West, Tony Parker, Patrick Scherberger, Daniel Davis of Steamcrow, and myself will be showing and selling original comic art and doing some live drawing.

And then Saturday, May 5, is Free Comic Book Day. Samuari Comics in Mesa will be hosting the main ACME event from 11-6, with a boatload of very talented artists, including those mentioned above and then some (see below). We'll be in full con mode - sketching and peddling our wares. So don't forget your wallet on FCBD.

Complete pencils for that Hero Initiative print I mentioned eariler. It'll be inked by Ryan Cody and colored by Ben Glendenning. You can pick one up at ACME on Free Comic Book Day 2012.

The Arizona Comic Mini Expo is set for May 5th, 2012 at Samurai Comics in Mesa! It's going to be a very cool mini comicon happening in-store for Free Comic Book Day. I'll be there with a slew of other talented folks. Come by, get some free comics and support the local scene.
